Due to a little goof I made last night while pruning inactive users (oops!), we had to rollback the member table of the database to last night. So any new users who created accounts may have to recreate them.
Apologies for the inconvenience.

You may notice that the number of registered members, as reported by the bottom of the CS main page displays about 13,000 members. This is because all members who were last active prior to Jan 1st 2009 with less than 10 posts total have been deleted from the database.
13,781 members accounted for being last active prior to Jan 1st 2009 with no posts.
4,311 members accounted for being last active prior to Jan 1st 2009 with less than 10 posts.

For some reason your first post made me think you were manually looking at each persons account then deciding whether or not to delete them. :P It made me wonder how you came about so much free time in your life.
But its obvious now.
You're really cleaning house!
